Reflections on Leadership at National College

The National College of School Leadership Conference in Birmingham was a truly inspirational event. It explored the qualities and values of leadership teams from a number of angles. One of the highlights was Frances Edmonds' talk which combined deep insights into the challenges of leadership with stand-up comedy.
