A webinar presentation given on 15/05/2019 about the development of the Review365 Appraisal tool by Hable.
The presentation draws on an Industry appraisal model developed by Novartis and experience from both Berkhamsted School, UK, and JESS, Dubai. The result is a competency model for Appraisal of teachers and other roles within schools which focuses on 'Attitudes and Behaviours' rather than 'Outcomes'.
